How to Obtain Your Criminal History Record in Utah – Steps for Expungement

  • Pay a fee of $15.00.

  • The office operates from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding state holidays).

By Mail:

  1. Complete the Criminal History Record Application from BCI.
  2. Visit any law enforcement agency or authorized location near you to get fingerprinted.
  3. Mail the completed form and your fingerprints to BCI at the address above.
