Effective 05/01/2024 you can get your license back for a section 502 DUI, first offense and second offense. Here is how.

FIRST SECTION 502 DUI. See Utah Code 53-3-223(10) (2024).

(1). Participate in the 24/7 program. See 41-6a-515.5 or this blog post.

(2). Participate in a problem solving court.

(3). Become an immediate interlock restricted driver for 120 period.

SECOND SECTION 502 DUI. See Utah Code 53-3-223(11) (2024).

(1). Serve at least 90 days without a license and remain interlock restricted for two years.
